What we collect

From Google sign-in: your name and email address.

What you upload: your answer-sheet PDFs, and the marks and feedback we produce for them.

Payments: the amount, plan and Razorpay payment reference. Card, UPI and bank details stay with Razorpay and never reach us.

Usage: pages visited and actions taken on the site, and the campaign that brought you here, to understand what helps students.

Why we use it

To give you access to the plans you bought, check your answer sheets, show your results, confirm payments and answer support questions.

We do not sell your personal data and do not use your answer sheets for anything except checking them and improving how we check.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run ExamSeries for us: Google (sign-in), Razorpay (payments), Amazon Web Services (hosting and file storage), and our analytics provider. Each receives only what it needs.

We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Your account, plans and results are kept while your account exists so past results stay available. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data or for your account to be deleted by writing to [email protected]. Some payment records must be kept by law even after deletion.

Security

Files are stored privately and opened only through short-lived links. Sessions are signed in on one device at a time.
