What this CA Final test series is
This is a CA Final test series for the November 2026 attempt: 3 full-syllabus mock tests for each of the six CA Final papers, written on ICAI's current pattern and checked line by line. You write each paper by hand in the real exam time, upload one PDF of your answer sheet, and get your checked copy back within 24 hours, with step marks and a reason for every mark cut.
It is built for the last few weeks before the exam, when chapter tests are behind you and what you need is practice at writing a complete paper, then finding out exactly where the marks went.
- Full-syllabus papers only. Every chapter is covered across the 3 mocks of a subject, with more weight on the topics ICAI asks most.
- Brand-new questions, not copies of RTPs, MTPs or past papers you may already have solved.
- The latest ICAI pattern. Papers 1 to 5 are 100 marks in 3 hours, with 30 marks of MCQs (23 MCQs: 16 of 1 mark and 7 of 2 marks, as in ICAI's Mock Test Papers for Nov 2026) and 70 marks of descriptive questions. Paper 6 is the case-study based Integrated Business Solutions paper, 100 marks in 4 hours.
- Every amendment applicable for November 2026 is tested. For this attempt, ICAI's RTPs set the cut-off at 30 April 2026; for example, Paper 4 follows direct tax laws as amended by the Finance Act 2025, with notifications and circulars up to 30.04.2026 (ICAI RTP Paper 4, November 2026, PDF (opens in a new tab)). Our guide on what's applicable for your CA attempt has the full picture.
How the CA Final mock tests work
Each mock is meant to feel like the real exam day, and to come back with feedback you can act on before the next one.
- Download the paper from your account when you are ready to sit for it.
- Write it by hand, in the real time: 3 hours for Papers 1 to 5, 4 hours for Paper 6. One sitting, no breaks, closed book for Papers 1 to 5. Paper 6 is open book in the real exam, so keep your own printed or handwritten material with you for that one, as ICAI allows.
- Scan your answer sheet and upload it as one PDF. There is one submission per paper, just like the exam, so upload when you have finished the whole paper.
- Get your checked copy within 24 hours. It shows:
- ICAI-style step-wise marks for every question, not just right or wrong on the final figure;
- a reason for every mark cut, with the correct line you should have written;
- question-wise analysis of your concept, presentation and working notes;
- every line of your answer sheet checked on 50+ parameters.
- Read the suggested answers. Each paper has detailed suggested answers with the provisions, working notes and the reasoning behind every MCQ answer.
- Fix, then write the next mock. The 24-hour turnaround is the point: you see what went wrong while the paper is still fresh, and you change how you write before the next one.
Why handwriting matters: a mock you type, or "solve in your head", hides the two things that cost the most marks in CA Final, which are speed and presentation. ICAI's own instructions on the May 2026 papers say "Working notes should form part of the answer" (Paper 1, May 2026, PDF (opens in a new tab)). You only find out whether yours do when you write a full paper by hand and get it marked step by step. If step marking is new to you, read how step marking works in CA exams.
Which plan is right for you
There are three plans. All are for the November 2026 attempt, all have the same checking and features, and all stay open well past the November 2026 papers. The only difference is which papers they contain.
| Plan | Papers covered | Mock tests |
|---|
| Group I | Paper 1 Financial Reporting, Paper 2 Advanced Financial Management, Paper 3 Advanced Auditing, Assurance and Professional Ethics | 3 per paper, 9 in total |
| Group II | Paper 4 Direct Tax Laws & International Taxation, Paper 5 Indirect Tax Laws, Paper 6 Integrated Business Solutions | 3 per paper, 9 in total |
| Both Groups | All six papers | 3 per paper, 18 in total |
Pick the plan that matches the groups you are writing in November. If you are writing one group, take that group's plan. If you are writing both, the Both Groups plan covers all six papers in one purchase. Prices are on the cards above.
If you are unsure whether to attempt one group or both this time, our post on CA Final Group I vs Group II mock tests walks through the trade-offs.
A word on Paper 6 (IBS)
Paper 6 is different from the other five, and it needs its own practice. From ICAI's Guidance Notes for CA Final November 2026 (PDF) (opens in a new tab):
- It is an open-book, case-study based paper of 4 hours, from 2 to 6 PM.
- The paper has five case studies of 25 marks each, and you attempt any four.
- In each case study, 10 marks are MCQs and 15 marks are descriptive questions involving computation, analysis or interpretation.
- You may bring your own material in hard copy, but you must write answers in your own handwriting.
The Group II and Both Groups plans include 3 full Paper 6 mocks in this case-study format, so you can practise choosing your four cases and keeping your pace for the full 4 hours. For how to prepare, see CA Final Paper 6 IBS: how to prepare.
How to fit the mocks in before the exam
ICAI's schedule for CA Final November 2026 (ICAI exam announcement, PDF (opens in a new tab)):
| Group | Paper | Date |
|---|
| Group I | Paper 1: Financial Reporting | Monday 2 November 2026 |
| Group I | Paper 2: Advanced Financial Management | Wednesday 4 November 2026 |
| Group I | Paper 3: Advanced Auditing, Assurance and Professional Ethics | Friday 6 November 2026 |
| Group II | Paper 4: Direct Tax Laws & International Taxation | Monday 9 November 2026 |
| Group II | Paper 5: Indirect Tax Laws | Wednesday 11 November 2026 |
| Group II | Paper 6: Integrated Business Solutions | Friday 13 November 2026 |
Papers 1 to 5 run from 2 to 5 PM and Paper 6 from 2 to 6 PM (IST), with 15 minutes of advance reading time from 1:45 PM. The paper-wise days are from ICAI's Guidance Notes (PDF) (opens in a new tab).
A simple way to use the mocks in the weeks you have left:
- Write at 2 PM. Your brain gets used to working hard at the exam hour.
- Leave a day after each mock to fix it. Read the checked copy, note every mark cut in an error log, and go back to the study material for the concepts you got wrong. A mock you don't fix is only half a mock.
- Spread the three mocks of each subject out. Mock 1 shows where you stand, mock 2 tells you whether your fixes worked, and mock 3, closer to the exam, builds speed on a paper you haven't seen.
- Writing both groups? Start now and alternate subjects so no paper goes cold.
- Writing Group II only? You have an extra week before Paper 4. Use it for the 4-hour Paper 6 mocks, which need a full afternoon each.
- Don't write full mocks on the days between papers. Those days are for quick revision of the next paper, not 3-hour sittings.
We have written this out day by day, for one group and for both, in our CA Final last 30 days mock test plan.
How this compares with ICAI's free MTPs and RTPs
ICAI's Revision Test Papers (RTPs) and Mock Test Papers (MTPs) are free, official and well worth doing. You should solve them whether or not you take any test series. For November 2026, ICAI ran MTP Series I from 9 September 2026 and Series II from 23 September 2026, and says the answer key to each paper is uploaded within 48 hours so that students can check their answers against it and self-assess (ICAI MTP announcement, PDF (opens in a new tab)). The RTPs for November 2026 are on ICAI's RTP page (opens in a new tab).
So the honest difference is not "official vs unofficial". It is who checks your copy, and how.
| ICAI MTPs and RTPs | This test series |
|---|
| Cost | Free | Paid plan |
| Questions | Official ICAI papers, widely solved and discussed | Brand-new questions on the same pattern |
| Checking | You check yourself against ICAI's answers | Your handwritten copy is checked line by line |
| Step marks and reasons for mark cuts | You work them out yourself | Given for every question, with the correct line to write |
| Turnaround | Answer key within 48 hours of the paper | Checked copy within 24 hours of your upload |
| When you write | Released on ICAI's scheduled dates | Whenever you choose, within the plan's validity |
Self-checking works if you are strict and compare every step, not just the final figure. Our guides on how to check your answers with ICAI suggested answers and how to check your ICAI MTP show how. Note that we check only the papers in our own plans, not ICAI's MTPs.
A sensible order for most students is to write ICAI's RTPs and MTPs first, then use these mocks for fresh, checked full papers in the final weeks. For more on what each ICAI paper is for, read ICAI RTP and MTP explained. All of ICAI's CA Final RTPs, MTPs, past papers and study material, linked straight to ICAI, are on our CA Final free resources page. ICAI's own answers to the May 2026 papers, paper by paper, are in CA Final suggested answers May 2026, and the ICAI papers you can write for free before a full mock are listed in free CA Final mock test papers.
Frequently asked questions
When should I start the CA Final mock tests?
As soon as you have finished at least one reading of a subject. With Group I starting on 2 November 2026, most students writing in November should start now, so there is time to write a mock, fix it, and write the next. If you are writing both groups, plan for about one mock every two days, with a fix day after each, as set out in the last 30 days plan.
Should I buy one group or both groups?
Buy the plan for the groups you are writing in November 2026. Each group plan has the 3 papers of that group, 3 mocks each. The Both Groups plan has all six papers, 18 mocks in total. The features and checking are the same in all three.
Can I see the questions before I buy?
Yes. Each plan page shows preview pages of the first mock test of every subject in the plan, so you can see the level and style of the questions before you decide. Open Group I, Group II or Both Groups to see them.
How many times can I submit a paper?
Once per paper, like the real exam. Write the whole paper, then upload one PDF of your answer sheet. If you want to practise a weak question again, rewrite it on your own using the suggested answer and the reasons given for your mark cuts.
How is my copy checked?
Every line of your answer sheet is checked on 50+ parameters. You get ICAI-style step-wise marks for each question, a reason for every mark cut with the correct line to write, and a question-wise analysis of your concept, presentation and working notes. The checked copy comes back within 24 hours, and you also get detailed suggested answers with provisions, working notes and MCQ reasoning.
How long does my access last?
Access starts the day your payment goes through and lasts well past the November 2026 exams; each plan's card above shows the exact number of days.
I'm writing CA Final in May 2027. What should I know?
From May 2027, Paper 4 moves to the Income-tax Act 2025 (ICAI announcement, PDF (opens in a new tab)). Our post on when to start a CA Final test series for May 2027 explains how to plan, and ICAI's free material is on our CA Final free resources page.
